DELIVERY TIMES
Thank you for shopping with us at LITA Couture.
Within 5-7 working days of Lita Couture accepting the Order, the Client shall receive the bought items in the location specified on the Order. DHL delivers each and every order. Please double-check the billing and shipping addresses before placing your order because we are unable to reroute. We’ll send you an email to confirm when your order ships. Estimated delivery times are based on the date of dispatch.
Please be aware that not all delivery services are offered in every location. We will work to fulfill your order as soon as we can, but we cannot be held liable for delays brought on by difficult-to-reach delivery addresses or bad weather. On weekends and official free days, our warehouse is closed. It can take longer to get orders that are held up in customs or pending payment of duty fees. This time is not included in the delivery time frames that LITA COUTURE estimates, and we are not liable for any additional time needed for delivery. Every new order is considered distinct and is handled differently. Your order may face a little delay during the sales period. Please allow up to 7-10 working days to receive your order.
DELIVERY SPECIFICS – ADDRESSES AND TIMINGS
For security reasons, all online orders made through litacouture.com require a signature upon delivery. Remember that anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery since our service is not a named delivery service. Any order that has been signed for inside of a building, such as an office address that has been provided for delivery, will not be covered by our liability policy.
If no one is available to sign for the delivery, DHL will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. If there is still no one available to sign for the package, after 5 days with no communication, it will be returned to our warehouse.
Upon delivery, the client must verify:
1. that the number of packages delivered matches the quantity listed on the delivery note at the time of delivery.
2. that the package is undamaged, not spoilt or wet, including with regard to the sealing materials.
Any damage to the goods or packaging, or any discrepancy in the number of packages or other facts, must be reported right once. The problem must be noted on the delivery note for the product, which must then be sent back to the carrier.
Within three days of delivery, any issues relating to the physical integrity, correspondence, or completeness of the items obtained must be reported in accordance with the procedures outlined in this document.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
A €35 shipping fee applies for all orders.
International shipping charges do not include taxes or duties.
Please be advised that these rates are non-refundable.
International orders could be subject to customs clearance processes, which could result in delivery times that are longer than expected.
Any import customs duty is the responsibility of the consignee with regard to requests for deliveries to nations outside the European Union. In order to confirm the costs and any import limitations, the client is urged to get in touch with the customs officials in the relevant nation beforehand.
When ordering from LITA COUTURE you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
EUROPEAN UNION
A €35 shipping fee applies for all orders.
For all orders sent on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) service, there will be no additional fees to pay when your order arrives at the destination. This includes all EU countries.
Please be advised that these rates are non-refundable.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you decide to decline your shipments, you will be charged for any duties, taxes, and/or customs fees incurred on the box as well as the cost of returning the package to our address. Your goods refund will be reduced by this sum.
