RETURNS & EXCHANGES
RETURNS POLICY
We hope that you thrilled with every order you get from www.litacouture.com, however, if you are dissatisfied with your item(s), you have 14 days upon delivery to return it for a refund, exchange, or credit note that is valid for 12 months. Items received outside of this period will be returned to the purchaser without a refund.
Items must be intact, in sellable condition, and returned in their original packaging with all clothing tags still attached and intact. Returns that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused. Any returns or things that go missing in transit are not our responsibility.
Belts and any accompanying packaging, such as instructions, authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags, should be returned with the item, if available. The item(s) must be shipped back from the country of origin along with the original returns form.
Items bought through archive or sample sale are final sale and not eligible for refunds, exchange. We cannot accept returns or claims of LITA COUTURE pieces bought from other retailers or second hand sites.
Please note a restocking fee of €10 will be charged for returned item(s). This fee will be deducted at refund and does not apply for exchanges or credit notes.
ARRANGING A RETURN
We are pleased to offer a free return service to all the customers.
Send an email to our portal with your order number, the email address used to place the order, and a request for a return merchandise authorization: https://litacouture.com/return-form/. Follow the directions on the form, choosing whether you want to request a refund, exchange, or credit note, as well as the reason for the return.
Once your return has been authorized or denied, we will get in touch with you as soon as is possible. We will email you return instructions and a pre-paid returns label if your return request has been approved.
Please include the original invoice from your order inside the delivery together with your things packed safely in the original box.
Print the pre-paid returns label and attach it to the box’s exterior. Go to www.dhl.com and select “Choose Your Location” from the pull-down option to select your nation. Locate a DHL Service Point in your area to drop off packages or get in touch with DHL to schedule a pick up.
Please attach all 3 copies of the commercial invoices to the front of the package if you are located outside of Europe. This will help prevent any customs delays, which will help you get your refund faster. Use only the paperwork that was utilized to send the order to you; do not use any commercial invoices.
Once item(s) have been duly received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of purchase payment within 14 working days. For exchange items, the confirmed exchange item will be shipped. Notification via email will be issued at this stage.
EXCHANGES
We are now offering exchanges for the same (where available) item but in a different size! If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please indicate that on the email when writing to us. An exchange order for the new size will be processed and shipped out to you within 5-7 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address on the original order. Please note that the exchange is subject to availability.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be credited to your initial payment method. No refunds will be given for the original shipping costs, duties, taxes, or tariffs. Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the one in which the returned item was originally paid for. The amount reimbursed can be slightly higher or lower than what was originally paid due to changes in exchange rates. Please allow 5 to 10 working days after your order has been received and examined for a refund to be applied to your original payment method.
Any delivery fees that were incurred in conjunction with the order are neither refundable nor reimbursable. Additionally, any shipping and clearance fees you pay to return merchandise are neither refundable nor reimbursable.
FAULTY ITEMS
Your order goes through a rigorous quality check with our warehousing crew before being shipped. However, if you get a product that you believe to be defective or damaged, please email info@litacouture.com or report it through our return form at https://litacouture.com/return-form/.
Please include your order number and the email address you used to place the order. Choose “Faulty item” as the return reason and provide any pertinent images and product information. Our customer service staff will get in touch with you to discuss an exchange (if appropriate and possible).
ORDER CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION
If you need to change or cancel your order, please get in touch with our Customer Service department as soon as possible by email at info@litacouture.com.
Although we will do our best to comply with your request, we cannot guarantee that an order that has already been submitted can be modified. An order cannot be changed or canceled once it has delivered.
