Return Policy

The online Returns Policy & Process

Your order will be shipped worldwide, using premium delivery service options.

Our aim at www.litacouture.com is to ensure your utmost satisfaction with every order. If, for any reason, your item(s) do not meet your expectations, please be aware that you have a 14-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return. This return can result in a refund, exchange, or the issuance of a credit note that remains valid for a generous 12-month period. Items received after this designated timeframe will not qualify for a refund and will be returned to the customer. Your contentment is our top priority.

Items must be intact, in sellable condition, and returned in their original packaging with all clothing tags still attached and intact. Returns that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused. Any returns or things that go missing in transit are not our responsibility.

During sale periods, please allow an additional 1-2 days for your order to be processed. For orders outside of the EU duties and taxes are not included.

The process to submit an online Return:

1. Submit a Return Request

• Click here to submit an online return and follow the steps.
• A return request must be submitted to receive your refund within normal processing times.
• On completion of this process you will receive an email confirming your return details. You may select a refund or exchange for all or some of your items. If selecting exchange, specify the item you would like to request in the comment box. If your chosen item is not available, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.

2. Pack Your Return

• Enclose following:
• Your Invoice (included in your delivery)
• The item(s) for return, including packaging

3. Send Your Return

• Arrange a collection online with DHL. Review your details and select a convenient date and time for collection.
• We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.

Right to cancel

Our goal is to serve our loyal customers. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!

Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you’ve received a defective item, contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order.

In the event of cancellation, the Client shall return the products to LITA COUTURE SRL at the Client’s expense within 14 (fourteen) days of said cancellation. The goods must be returned intact, complete in all their parts and in their original packaging (envelopes and packaging), having been kept and used only for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify their condition, features and size, in accordance with normal diligence, there being no signs of wear or dirt and in compliance with the following conditions:

• the right to cancel may be applied to the purchased product as a whole; it is not in fact possible to return only part of the purchased product (for eg., accessories, complementary items, etc.);
• in order to cancel, the product must be complete and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: labels, cards, seals, etc.); 
• transport expenses (and any customs duty, if applicable) arising from the return of the goods shall be borne exclusively by the Client. 
• until confirmation of receipt by the warehouse indicated by LITA COUTURE SRL is given, liability for transport shall be borne solely by the Client; 
• LITA COUTURE SRL shall not be liable in any way for damage, theft or loss that occurs during or as a result of a shipment made for the purposes of returning goods.

Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.

Please allow 5-10 days for package transit. This will ensure that we receive your return within the 30 day window.

Please note that our return policy applies to both domestic and international orders.

Exchanges

We are now offering exchanges for the same (where available) item but in a different size! If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please indicate that on the email when writing to us. An exchange order for the new size will be processed and shipped out to you within 5-7 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address on the original order. Please note that the exchange is subject to availability. 

The right of withdrawal cannot be applied to products for which the Customer has requested personalisation.

LITA COUTURE SRL shall arrange to refund the Client for the whole amount paid, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of cancellation. LITA COUTURE SRL may withhold the refund until the returned product is received or until such time as the Client can prove that the product has been properly dispatched, whichever is sooner.

The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. You will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed. If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days, please write us an email at info@litacouture.com.

In any case, the Client shall forfeit the right to cancel should LITA COUTURE SRL discover any of the following:

• that the returned product and/or its accessories, and/or its packaging are not intact; 
• that the product is missing some of its integral parts and/or accessories (for eg., fastenings, ties, buckles, etc.).

Should the right to cancel be forfeited, LITA COUTURE SRL shall arrange to return the purchased product to the sender.
